When technology advances so fast that it starts to seem like it erodes our sense of predictability and amplify uncertainty more than it unlocks our convenience and well-being…

We end up seeing more people more depressed, lonely, burnt out, or addicted.
We’re struggling to adapt our modern ways of living in ways that harness the best of technology while deepening well-being.
There’s a reason for that….it’s because that doesn’t happen by accident.
Our communities, schools, hospitals, and workplaces don’t naturally form themselves into systems that make people healthy, connected, and able to contribute to each other.
Systems need people who take responsibility for them in order to function well.
Systems need leaders.
We need more powerful leaders capable and willing to radically transform the systems within the groups they’re responsible for.
